Prologis leases 41,500 square meters in Munich
Düsseldorf, 25.07.2017 - Prologis, Inc. has signed a lease agreement with an international logistics service provider for 41,500 square meters in the Munich-Neufahrn logistics park. The customer will use the property from January 2018 to provide logistics services for the greater Munich area.
"We are delighted that we have been able to lease the property in Munich to a new tenant before the end of the existing contract," says Alexander Heubes, Senior Vice President, Country Manager at Prologis Germany. "We are offering our tenant the opportunity to expand its storage and distribution capacities in order to meet its customer's requirements for efficiently supplying the greater Munich area."The property has conventional loading ramps and weather-protected areas for loading and unloading at ground level. It is located at Munich Airport, directly on the A92 highway and a short distance from the A9/A92 interchange.
