Logistics real estate: Logivest brokers in Bielefeld to Qtrado
In Bielefeld, logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered around 6,000 square meters of warehouse space for rent to Qtrado. The property belongs to the Fixemer Real Estate Group, an international real estate company.
The press wholesaler Qtrado was looking for additional storage space due to an expansion in the Bielefeld sales region. The warehouse at Bollstraße 34 brokered by Logivest has several ground-level gates and ramps, a height of six meters (lower edge of truss) and will be used by Qtrado in future for storage, order picking and delivery of press products to retailers. The owner is also having a canopy installed specifically for this use and is handing over the space in a renovated condition.
Located directly on the B66, the property is connected to the A2 and thus to cities such as Dortmund, Hanover and Berlin. The space will be handed over and occupied in Q3 2026.
