11,000 square meters of logistics space for Magnera

In Gaggenau, Baden-Württemberg, the logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a logistics location for Magnera for long-term rental.

The existing property has around 11,000 square meters of storage space, including a mezzanine, as well as more than 500 square meters of office space. A covered side delivery area enables the large-volume paper rolls to be loaded and unloaded protected from the weather. A total of ten ramps and three ground-level gates are available. The property also has a 24/7 permit.

In addition to the proximity to the production site, Magnera's convenient accessibility via the A5 highway, which runs from Basel via Karlsruhe to Frankfurt, was a decisive factor.

"After the negative headlines from the automotive industry, this rental is an important positive signal for Baden-Württemberg as a business location," says Kathrin Ziegler, Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest Stuttgart. Locations close to the French border are ideal for the storage of hazardous materials in particular or - as in the case of Magnera - for consolidation. Tobias Rollnik from Logivest also emphasizes that both the site structure and the connections speak for this, attesting to the region's further development potential.
Magnera is expected to move into the new space in the first quarter of 2026.
