HTEC and Embotech have entered into a strategic partnership to deliver autonomous driving solutions for industrial logistics more quickly and on a larger scale. HTEC brings expertise in the areas of onboard software, vehicle integration, connectivity, and system validation. Embotech retains control over its platform, security architecture, and product roadmap.

This collaboration is expected to benefit OEMs, logistics service providers, and facility operators by enabling the faster deployment of autonomous solutions across different vehicle platforms and at multiple locations.

For vehicle- and infrastructure-based autonomous operations

Embotech’s autonomous driving solutions are already in use around the clock in factories, logistics centers, and ports, and, according to the company, move more than 2,500 vehicles daily. The TÜV SÜD-certified Level 4 platform combines AI-powered environmental perception, behavior prediction, and motion planning with independently certified safety systems and supports both vehicle- and infrastructure-based autonomous operations.
