New Logistics Hub for Panasonic HVAC in Europe

NOSTA Logistics is expanding Ladbergen into a European logistics hub for Panasonic HVAC. To this end, the full-service logistics provider is making 12,000 square meters of space available, where air conditioning, ventilation, and heat pump equipment from European and Asian plants will arrive and, in the future, will primarily be distributed to the DACH and Benelux regions.

The logistics service provider is currently equipping the warehouse with custom-designed storage technology, followed by a phased commissioning process: Goods receipt is scheduled to begin in June, with goods shipment to follow in July. The facility is scheduled to become fully operational in August. In addition to warehousing and order fulfillment, NOSTA will also handle road transport to other European countries.

In the future, the facility can be expanded to up to 19,000 square meters. In addition, Panasonic is using automated, scan-based measurement and weighing of packages for the first time in Ladbergen.
