LED projection warns of hazards in the warehouse
With OX-Spot, Orgatex introduces an LED-based warning system designed to enhance safety on the shop floor. The solution projects warning symbols and instructions onto floors or walls as needed, thereby complementing traditional safety markings in intralogistics.
Where the paths of forklifts, automated guided vehicles, tugger trains, and pedestrians intersect, conventional floor markings can become less effective. Instead, OX-Spot projects warning symbols, directional signs, or safety signs clearly onto floors, walls, or other surfaces and remains visible even under changing lighting conditions and on uneven surfaces.
The motifs can be replaced without tools using a removable cassette. The system is available in two performance levels and, thanks to its rugged housing, active cooling, and a temperature range of -30 to +35 degrees Celsius, is also suitable for use in cold storage facilities.
With the OX-Spot Control system, warning messages are activated only in actual hazardous situations. This is intended to prevent users from becoming desensitized to warnings that are constantly displayed. Configuration is done via an app for Android and iOS; integration into a local network is not required.
OX-Spot and OX-Spot Control are part of the OX product family for digital intralogistics. This family also includes solutions for digital container labeling, process triggering at the push of a button, and sensor-based applications for material flow control.
