Transformation to a 4-way pallet shuttle system

Movu Robotics, a member of the stow Group, will be demonstrating at Logimat how it is driving the large-scale transformation of automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) to 4-way pallet shuttle technology.

Movu atlas, the flagship solution for 4-way pallet shuttles, will take center stage at the trade fair. Movu atlas is designed for maximum storage density, high throughput and long-term scalability and is positioned as the reference architecture for modern pallet ASRS. The system enables high-density deep-draught storage and works reliably both at ambient temperatures and in cold stores down to -25 °C. Multiple shuttles per level and dynamic vertical conveyors ensure high throughput. Thanks to the modular architecture, capacity and performance can be expanded step by step without interrupting ongoing processes.

Reference installations in FMCG, food and beverage, frozen and 3PL environments underline the practicality - including projects at Clarebout Potatoes (Simplot), Westhof Bio, GXO and UPS Healthcare. One distinguishing feature is the integrated approach of robotics, software and shelving technology. Movu bundles all components into a subsystem from the European and North American supply chain of the stow Group. The company's own warehouse execution software handles shuttle orchestration, real-time transparency and integration into higher-level warehouse management systems.
