Gamification in the Warehouse
Playful elements boost motivation at camp
With the integration of the gamification platform vaibe, Infios is expanding its software suite to include a solution designed to boost motivation, engagement, and productivity among warehouse staff.
Infios is integrating vaibe, a gamification platform developed for warehouse environments, into its software suite. The solution uses game-like elements and real-time feedback to increase employee engagement and productivity in the warehouse. vaibe originated from Körber’s innovation process and has since become a standalone solution for the supply chain. As part of Infios, a joint venture between Körber and KKR, the platform is set to be deployed globally in the future and integrated more deeply into operational ecosystems.
“vaibe adds a very practical dimension to the concept of performance in the warehouse,” said Eugene Amigud, Chief Innovation Officer at Infios. “We can better integrate system intelligence with operational processes, and our customers can achieve better results—not just through technology, but also through the way the work is actually performed.”
Tiago Sottomayer, Chief Technology Officer at vaibe, also emphasizes the technical integration: “From a technical standpoint, vaibe was developed to enable seamless integration into warehouse operations and to support work through real-time feedback.” The merger with Infios makes it possible to scale the architecture and make greater use of data to optimize day-to-day operations.
