M7 Real Estate: New office in Hanover under the management of Harriet Ziegler

M7 Real Estate (M7), an investor and asset manager specializing in European multi-let real estate, is opening an office in Hanover. This is in response to the strong growth of the company's German real estate portfolio, which currently has 189 properties under management and assets under management of around 1.4 billion euros. Harriet Ziegler (44) will be responsible for setting up and managing the future local team. She will report directly to the German M7 Managing Director

. In her new role, Harriet Ziegler is also responsible for the management of the northern German properties in the portfolio of Onyx, the M7 joint venture with Blackstone. Before joining M7, Harriet Ziegler worked for seven years as Senior Asset Manager at
was responsible for managing the properties in several non-performing loan portfolios. She was responsible for their acquisition, operational asset management and the sale of individual commercial properties. Her clients were British and US private equity companies and banks. Previously, she worked as a branch manager at Hochtief in Cologne and as a team leader in property management for JLL in Frankfurt. Harriet Ziegler holds a degree in finance and is a specialist in the real estate and housing industry.
