Logivest expands
The logistics real estate consultant Logivest is continuing its growth course: with the opening of three new office locations in Hamburg, Berlin and Hanover, the company is positioning itself even more strongly in the local market.
The owner-managed consultancy has been operating on the German market for almost ten years with a focus on logistics properties and locations. With the new offices, Logivest now has a total of seven branches across Germany. In addition to its headquarters in Munich, the company has already been represented in Nuremberg, Stuttgart and Cologne for several years. In addition, Logivest regional employees advise customers directly on site throughout Germany.
"Industry expertise, an in-depth understanding of the various logistics regions and an excellent network of users, developers, landlords and municipalities are essential for us. Thanks to our stronger local presence, we can offer our customers even more individual support based on their specific needs," says Kuno Neumeier, Managing Director of Logivest.
