Logivest brokers over 10,000 m² of logistics space in Nuremberg
Durstexpress GmbH has leased a logistics property of around 10,500 square meters in the Nuremberg port area as of 1 June 2020. The landlord of the property is a local property management company. Logivest acted as an advisor during the brokerage process.
Durstexpress is an up-and-coming e-commerce company that specializes in fast beverage deliveries in major German cities.
The new tenant will use the warehouses on the approximately 26,000 square meter site for beverage handling in the Franconian metropolis. Access to the 10,500 square meters of logistics space will be at ground level or via loading bridges. A further 300 square meters of office space is available on the upper floor.
The space in the freight center of the Port of Nuremberg will now serve as a transshipment point for the city area, where the Berlin-based company has been offering its service since July 1, 2020.
