Logivest brokers logistics property in Zeil am Main
As of December 2019, MEFO-Floor, a specialist in floor coverings, has leased a logistics property in Zeil am Main measuring around 7,300 square meters, which is located in the top logistics region of Würzburg/Schweinfurt.
Finishing and shipping of wooden floors
In addition to the approximately 7,000 square meter warehouse with two dock levellers and ground-level access, the new tenant has a further 300 square meters of office space at its disposal. The company will carry out the finishing and shipping of wooden floors in the warehouse. The Bamberg-based company has its own logistics fleet to supply its customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Companies in the vicinity enable synergies
"The location is ideal for the business of the newly founded company thanks to the excellent connection to the A70 and the facilities of the logistics property," explains Stefan Moor, Logistics Real Estate Consultant Northwest Bavaria at Logivest. "At the same time, there is very good growth potential for MEFO-Floor: the companies from related sectors located in the surrounding area offer good synergies for the business."
