The 57-year-old Briton has more than 30 years of professional experience in the logistics real estate sector and joined JLL from Cushman & Wakefield in 2015. In his previous role as a logistics expert in the pan-European capital markets department, he had already worked with the German team. Nick Jones specializes in portfolio transactions and global investors and has brokered deals in Germany in recent years. In his new role, he will be based in London and Frankfurt and report to Jörg Ritter.

Jörg Ritter, Managing Director: "Nick Jones is very well connected in the market, but also within JLL, making him the ideal leader until the role can be filled on a long-term basis. In recent years, Nick Jones has proven to be a profound expert on the international and especially the German market. Especially in the current economic situation, his experience is a great advantage for the logistics division and the entire company."
