Logivest hires Michael Starre
Logivest, a consulting company focusing on logistics properties and locations, is strengthening its position on the letting market with the appointment of Michael Starre. In the newly created position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO), he will head up Logivest's business development from April 2020 and will be responsible for the letting business in Germany.
For over 15 years, Starre expanded and was responsible for the marketing of industrial and logistics properties at Jones Lang La Salle (JLL SE) - most recently in the position of Director Business Development. Prior to this, the industry expert was already responsible for the letting of logistics properties at Aengevelt Immobilien. He will now use his expertise to further develop Logivest's letting business.

We are delighted to have him on our team and to be able to expand Logivest's core business - the letting of logistics properties throughout Germany - with him," says Kuno Neumeier, Managing Director of Logivest.
Last year, Logivest was able to win over Carsten Felix, the former central department head for real estate in the European market at Kraftverkehr Nagel.
While Felix is responsible for advising on new builds, Michael Starre has now been appointed head of the letting business. Kuno Neumeier, in collaboration with Nikolai Windhäuser, will continue to be responsible for transaction and purchase consulting. Dr. Alexander Nehm, Managing Director of Logivest Concept GmbH, will be responsible for location analysis and consulting.
