Panattoni Europe largest project developer in Europe
According to PropertyEU, Panattoni Europe is the largest project developer in Europe. The company came first in the magazine's ranking for the third year in a row.
Every year, the magazine publishes a list of the ten largest project developers based on square meters of completed space. The ranking covers the period from 2016 to 2018. In the last three years, the company completed projects with a total area of 5.3 million square meters in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and the UK. A full 35 percent of these are projects aimed at and selected by the e-commerce sector, while 25 percent are state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Robert Dobrzycki, Chief Executive Officer Europe, Panattoni Europe, commented on being named "Top Property Developer 2019": "Panattoni Europe has been breaking established boundaries for years, achieving record results in the market in terms of project value and proposals submitted.
