Garbe Industrial Real Estate acquires Business Campus in Kiel
Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH is acquiring the Business Campus Kiel in Kiel-Suchsdorf. The campus has twelve properties with a total rental area of around 76,700 square meters of office, production, light industrial and warehouse space.
The Business Campus Kiel was acquired by Stargime in 2010 and has been continuously developed by Stargime since then. The property is fully let with a WAULT of 8.7 years. The anchor tenants include Vossloh Locomotives GmbH, a manufacturer of diesel locomotives, Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen.
Expansion potential available

The properties have space that can be used flexibly, so that we can respond to the individual needs of tenants as required. In addition, the Business Campus Kiel still offers potential for expansion," explains Christopher Garbe, Managing Director of Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH.
