Garbe acquires 34,000 square meters near Landshut
Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has purchased a 34,000 square meter plot of undeveloped land in Wörth an der Isar. A multi-user property with a total rentable area of 14,500 square meters is to be built on the site.
The project developer purchased the property without any fixed rental commitments. The decisive factor for the location decision was the transport links. The property is being built to the west of Wörth city center in the Moospoint industrial estate, in the immediate vicinity of the A 92 motorway, which connects Munich with Regensburg. The Wörth an der Isar junction is only a few hundred meters away from the purchased property. Munich Airport can be reached via the highway in around 45 minutes. The project developer is already in talks with the first interested parties.
"Both the location and the planned building design allow for various possible uses," says Jan Dietrich Hempel, Managing Director of Garbe Industrial Real Estate. "Our aim is to let the hall, which can be divided into smaller units, to medium-sized companies from the industrial, production and commercial sectors." The new building is also suitable for regional companies that want to relocate or expand.
