Climate-neutral reusable packaging from Utz
Sustainability in the plastics industry: this is the focus of the Utz Group. The manufacturer of storage and transport containers made from recyclable plastic wants to show how climate-neutral reusable packaging can work.
The idea of sustainability originated here a good 45 years ago, when the company put its first material processing plant into operation. Since then, Utz has been making a contribution to promoting sustainability by taking back and recycling products. The company has developed the UIC (Utz Industrial Compound) brand for this purpose. It stands for high-quality secondary raw materials with documented and certified properties. With UIC, customers receive products with the same material properties as new goods.
