Bonfiglioli focuses on modularity and automation
Bonfiglioli had two stands at Logimat: in Hall 9 with forklift trucks and warehouse machines and in Hall 3 for materials handling technology and industrial automation. In the area of industrial trucks, the company presented complete drive solutions, including the steerable EL gearbox series with high maneuverability and low noise levels as well as the 600F drive axle for counterbalance trucks.
The portfolio was complemented by the dual-drive version 610X for heavy-duty applications and electronic solutions from Selcom. In terms of electric motors, permanent magnet and asynchronous motors took center stage at the trade fair, including the BPM series and the BTM series with protection class up to IP67. One innovation was the Axia drive family: the AxiaAgile series complements the existing AxiaVert series and offers a cost-effective solution for standard applications, while AxiaVert continues to address complex applications with extended safety functions.
For conveyor belts, Bonfiglioli presented combined solutions consisting of geared motors and decentralized inverters as well as intelligent systems with sensors for predictive maintenance and IoT applications. In the AMR and AGV sector, the modular BlueRoll platform was presented.
