Networking as the key to success

Sysmat's matControl graphics solution is an established tool for the manufacturer-independent control of automated areas.

In doing so, sysmat uses the software to link autonomously operating machines via flexible interfaces. By connecting the system components and controlling them independently of the manufacturer, the material flow computer closes information gaps. Availability and stock levels, for example, can be called up permanently in real time. By using the software, users can also address various storage and retrieval machines and system components directly via their ERP system. Users also receive an overview of all internal processes: on a graphical interface, they can view the entire material flow within automated warehouses, for example, and thus uncover performance bottlenecks. Sysmat therefore offers the graphical material flow computer as a system emulation and with a constantly updating graphical interface and time-lapse function for system optimization. It can also be easily integrated into existing ERP and WMS systems such as SAP. SAP or other existing company software continues to control master and order data or invoicing, for example.
