With this acquisition, the industrial truck manufacturer aims to significantly expand its business relationships in Australia and is pursuing an international growth strategy - even in the current difficult economic situation.

The takeover makes Hubtex Australia not only a subsidiary, but also the largest branch outside Germany. In addition to the main branch in Sydney, HUBTEX Australia has its own locations in the major cities of Melbourne and Brisbane; further service branches are located in Adelaide and Perth. A total of 50 employees work at the locations.

Alongside Europe and the USA, the Australian market is one of the most important global markets for Hubtex: with around 700 machines, the industrial truck manufacturer currently has the highest vehicle density compared to other markets worldwide.
