Smart-Flow shows smart solutions with a system
As manufacturers of plastic pallets and boxes, the companies Smart-Flow and Gamma-Wopla focus on product solutions with a system - modular, future-oriented and sustainable for use in supply chain processes. At FachPack, they will be presenting their tried-and-tested plastic pallets and box solutions, as well as the SF 800 TB2 super trip box.
The Super-Tripbox SF 800 TB2 is a foldable, robust reusable pallet box with Smart-Lock system. It was developed especially for the automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, retail and textile industries as an alternative to rigid pallet cages and plastic film or straps. The new Super-Tripbox can be used to transport high payloads. The Smart-Lock system enables quick and secure self-locking. The simple assembly and disassembly significantly improves ergonomics and safety for employees. Furthermore, stackability has been optimized (up to 1600 kg stacking weight) and an attractive empties return rate has been achieved (up to 75%).
