WIHAG and Elting present cooperation project
Münster, 16.08.2018 - Elting Metalltechnik (stand 51, outdoor area P) and the component manufacturer WIHAG (hall 26, stand B21) are presenting a production-ready curtainsider in aluminum construction as the first project of their cooperation at the IAA Commercial Vehicles. This is based on a VarioFRAME substructure with integrated VarioSAVE load securing system from Elting.
"Elting has recommended itself to us as a provider of a sophisticated, variable and high-quality system," says Uwe Kottkamp, Managing Director at WIHAG Fahrzeugbausystem.
Flexible floor assembly
The VarioFRAME floor assembly can be attached to all chassis, regardless of whether they are motor vehicles, chassis or third-party subframes. The load securing system, which enables goods to be positively secured across the entire loading area by means of stanchions, can be designed for various applications. Both companies have their own design and production facilities and can therefore also manufacture customer-specific assemblies and individual parts. mm
