Kögel presents the new generation of Cargo at the IAA Commercial Vehicles
Burtenbach, 20.07.2018 - Kögel, one of Europe's leading trailer manufacturers, is introducing a new Novum trailer generation. The outer frame and body already familiar from the Kögel Lightplus has also been available for Cargo Coil and Cargo Coil Rail since March. Further variants will be available from the IAA Commercial Vehicles in September. The new version of Kögel's best-selling Cargo will be exhibited at the IAA Commercial Vehicles in September.
Generation Novum
In addition to the new outer frame and body, the Generation Novum also changes the Kögel modular system with optimized, uniform, new modules, assemblies and components. In this way, Kögel wants to offer its customers a higher degree of individualization. For example, various securing packages are available for load securing. The example on display at the IAA Commercial Vehicles is equipped with different securing packages for each stanchion field. For unaccompanied ship and ferry transport, the Kögel Cargo can be equipped with heavy-duty RoRo equipment. The new Cargo is also available with drop sides, TIR equipment, with a coil trough or in a rail version. mm
