Among other things, the combination of mechanics and sensor technology will be effectively showcased at the trade fair stand. In a live demonstration, trade fair visitors can see for themselves how SAF Adaptive Air Damping - a damping system completely without hydraulic dampers - works.

"With our products and systems, we are making the transportation world of tomorrow more efficient and sustainable. The IAA 2018 is once again the ideal platform for us to present our intelligent mechanical and digital solutions for trucks and trailers," announces SAF-Holland CEO Detlef Borghardt.

The expanded SAF-Holland Group will also be a topic at the IAA Commercial Vehicles. This year, the company acquired majority stakes in the Asian York Group, the Italian clutch expert V.Orlandi and the British telematics and connectivity specialist Axscend. mm
