IAA Commercial Vehicles: Palfinger bundles its digital expertise

Hanover, 06.08.2018 - Palfinger, manufacturer of hydraulic lifting and loading equipment, will be presenting its digitalization programme and other innovations at the IAA Commercial Vehicles in September. For the first time at the IAA 2018, Palfinger is dedicating a separate area to the topics of digitalization, innovation and service.

With the "Nexcellence" digitalization programme , Palfinger is bringing together its digital expertise and aims to help shape the future through innovation and transformation. With its solutions, Palfinger aims to increase comfort, improve support, increase efficiency and contribute to even greater safety. Visitors to the trade fair will be able to discover the new digital features, such as the Palfinger Fleet Monitor and Operator Monitor telematics solutions for fleet managers and users. Using virtual reality simulators, visitors will have the opportunity to drive and test the new products themselves, such as the PCC crawler crane, the new PK 135.002 TEC 7 large crane and the new Palfinger access platforms.

The PCC 115.002 crawler crane from Palfinger will be presented for the first time at the trade fair in the fall. The PCC has been developed for a wide range of different applications. The company will also be presenting two other new additions to the TEC series. The PK 37.002 TEC 7 large crane with endless slewing gear will succeed the successful PK 34002-SH. The PK 35.002 TEC 5 , which is equipped with a rack and pinion slewing gear, will also be on show. mm
