IAA Commercial Vehicles: Mobile transport management with DAKO apps

Jena, 01.08.2018 - DAKO is expanding its range of apps to make data available along the entire supply chain. With the DAKO dispo app and the new DAKO drive driver app, the company is increasingly integrating mobile devices into its intelligent transport management platforms.

"The prerequisite for the holistic digitalization of transport processes is to provide valid data at every point in the supply chain and to network it intelligently. This is where our apps bring real added value." (DAKO Managing Director Thomas Becker)

Presentation of new driver app at the IAA
The company is presenting the DAKO drive app at the IAA Commercial Vehicles in Hanover this September. The driver app for mobile order processing networks across media boundaries, creates security in deployment planning and improves control along the entire supply chain. DAKO dispo is aimed at dispatchers and is designed to deliver fleet data to where transport managers need it. This allows users to keep an eye on tour status, social violations and due dates at all times. DAKO drive is designed to focus on driver requirements. This enables drivers to keep an eye on their own driving and rest times in order to avoid driving time violations and fines. It is also intended to simplify order processing, which can be handled quickly and in a structured manner via the app. All order-relevant data and functions, from digital signatures to photo documentation, are made available to the driver. mm
