Hapag-Lloyd new in the SDAX of Deutsche Börse
The SDAX is an index for German blue chip stocks and contains the 50 listed companies below the 30 DAX and 50 MDAX stocks in terms of market capitalization, free float and trading volume. Other members of the SDAX family include Puma, Schaeffler, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, HHLA and VTG.

"We are very pleased to be included in the SDAX, having only been listed on the Frankfurt and Hamburg stock exchanges since November 6, 2015. The greater attention that a listing in the SDAX will bring will significantly increase the liquidity of our share and also its coverage by analysts," said Rolf Habben Jansen, CEO of Hapag-Lloyd. The composition of the index will be adjusted on March 18, 2016 and from March 21, 2016 the shares of Hapag-Lloyd AG will be traded as SDAX shares. red
