Ole Trumpfheller new Head of Northern Europe at Maersk
Effective May 1, 2024, Ole Trumpfheller will assume the role of Vice President and Managing Director of Maersk's North Europe Continent (NEC) Area, based in Hamburg.
Trumpfheller is moving from DB Schenker. The NEC area comprises the DACH and Benelux countries as well as Poland and is one of the largest areas within Maersk's global organization in terms of business volume. Before joining DB Schenker, Trumpfheller worked for several years at DHL as Managing Director - Europe, Middle East, Africa and Managing Director - Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Trumpfheller was born and raised in Hamburg. He holds a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University in the UK and a Master's degree in Economics & Foreign Trade from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
