The MLP Group is expanding on the German market. The newly completed property is located in Ludwigsfelde (Brandenburg) near Berlin. The ground-breaking ceremony took place in October last year. The MLP Business Park Berlin offers a total of four halls of different sizes with a total^{area of} around 18,000^m2 . Three halls have already been released for occupation. The first tenants were already able to participate in the layout and furnishing of the areas (i.e. halls, offices and parking spaces) during the construction phase. The completed properties are designed as City Logistics spaces for light industrial uses and urban logistics services.

Even during the construction work, the greatest possible emphasis was placed on protecting the environment. We are currently working on the implementation of several new projects in strategically important regions of Germany. In addition, we are now also represented with our portfolio in Austria," explains Patrick Schumacher-Kurowski, Country Manager responsible for Germany and Austria at the MLP Group.

The MLP Business Park Berlin project was realized as part of the MLP Group's green development strategy, which aims to build energy-saving and environmentally friendly properties. In line with the company's sustainability strategy, the MLP Business Park Berlin will be fully DGNB-certified (Gold level).

The MLP Business Park Berlin impresses with its excellent location. Situated in a pine forest, the site has a direct connection to the B1010, which leads to the Berliner Ring (A10). Ludwigsfelde train station is just a few minutes' drive away and guarantees a connection to local public transport. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the business park.
