Logivest launches online platform Logivisor.com

As the logistics real estate consultant Logivest announced on March 1, it opened a platform on www.logivisor.com, which can be used to search for or offer managed warehouse space.

"With Logivisor.com, we are responding to the desire to bring customers from trade and industry together quickly and easily with logistics service providers from all over Germany and, if necessary, to advise them with our expertise," says Marco Mendes, COO of the Logivest Group.

The Logivisor module, which in its original version was already integrated into the nationwide business parks platform Gewerbegebiete.de, will be further expanded with the new platform and supplemented with consulting services. This means that retailers can not only make direct contact with logistics service providers throughout Germany, but can also draw on the know-how of the Logivisor experts when making their selection. This is because Logivisor.com is backed by its own sales team, which will enter into a personal exchange with the customer on request. This team obtains tailor-made offers according to the requirements determined in advance, filters them and sends the recommendations to the customer within 48 hours. Logistics service providers who market their space on the nationwide platform for a fixed membership fee also benefit from this brokerage service. Logivisor.com does not charge the usual brokerage commission, ensuring maximum transparency for all parties.

In order to establish the platform on the market and offer the exclusive consulting services both online and offline in line with demand, Logivest has brought on board a proven expert in Florian Loeßer. After studying logistics at Kühne Logistics University (KLU) and holding positions at Rhenus Contract Logistics Services, among others, the Hamburg native helped build up the Sharehouse logistics network and further developed the brokerage platform in his role as Head of Operations.

At Logivisor.com, Loeßer will now work with the sales team in Hamburg to further expand the network and improve communication between warehouse space seekers and logistics service providers.

He is certain that they can offer their customers additional added value with Logivest behind them - and vice versa. The business parks platform Gewerbegebiete.de, in which the Logivisor module was previously integrated, will continue to exist and will once again focus on municipalities, communities and property owners.
