Theresa Klein joins spc as project manager

Theresa Klein (22) has been supporting the ShortSeaShipping Inland Waterway Promotion Center (spc) as a project manager since April 15. Klein will be working on issues relating to the topic of modal shift. One focus of her work will be the increased networking of public and private members. The spc is a national competence center for the promotion of short sea shipping and inland shipping in the context of multimodal transport. Its main tasks are to provide neutral advice to shippers and freight forwarders and to market the potential of the waterways.
Klein: "I am delighted to now be able to apply the knowledge I acquired during my studies and my practical semester at spc in practice. I still see a lot of potential, particularly at the interface between the public sector and private members, which I would like to highlight and work on in a way that adds value for everyone."
Theresa Klein studied Ship and Shipping Management at the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences and completed an internship at spc in 2015 as part of her studies.
