ID Logistics Germany expands its management team

The contract service provider ID Logistics Germany - part of the globally active ID Logistics Group - is filling further management positions at its German headquarters. Following the appointment of Robin Otto as CEO of ID Logistics Germany (we reported), the contract service provider is expanding its management team with Detlef Kurzbuch as Commercial Director as of April 1, 2022. He reports to Robin Otto, who held this position alongside other responsibilities until his appointment as CEO.

Detlef Kurzbuch is a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for the further business development of ID Logistics Germany. His area of responsibility includes the well-trained Research & Development team, which is at the heart of well-planned and implemented logistics solutions, as well as Sales & New Business Development, Real Estate and Innovation Processes.

Detlef Kurzbuch brings 20 years in long-term management positions in contract logistics in the national and international environment to his new position. His stations include various management positions and the management of business development at DB Schenker as well as TOP management functions at Rhenus AG, including as a member of the Executive Board Contract Logistics.

ID Logistics launches HR 2.0

To provide further support, ID Logistics Germany will significantly expand its HR department as part of its long-term corporate strategy. In addition to personnel planning and a team of in-house recruiters, the focus in future will be on expanding the HR team for company takeover projects, employee development and the digitalization of HR processes. The aim is to use HR 2.0 to consistently support the growth and profitability of ID Logistics in Germany while at the same time driving innovation. ID Logistics has recruited a highly experienced HR manager for the challenging management of this HR area as of July 1, 2022. The appointment will be published separately.
