LGI Logistics Group International is strengthening its senior management team: Frank Weber assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on July 1, 2026. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group, which has more than 45 locations worldwide.

LGI Logistics Group International has appointed Frank Weber as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, he will have overall operational responsibility for the international group. Weber has many years of experience in contract and transport logistics as well as in supply chain management.

His professional career has taken him to companies such as DSV Solutions, where he helped drive international growth as Director of Operations. He subsequently served as Managing Director of Allgaier and, most recently, as COO and Managing Director of the Seifert Logistics Group.

“Together with the teams, I want to continue to consistently drive operational excellence, customer focus, and sustainable growth. I was particularly pleased by how open and trusting LGI has been toward me from our very first meeting; that’s not something to be taken for granted, and it motivates me all the more,” explains Frank Weber.

CEO Florian Beck also views this appointment as an important step for the company’s future development: “The appointment of Frank Weber sends a clear signal: LGI is investing in operational excellence and laying the groundwork to consistently implement our growth strategy.” With this appointment, LGI underscores its commitment to further driving operational excellence, international scalability, and sustainable growth.
