Dodt brings with him extensive knowledge of the German and international logistics market and will focus on expanding the business area of the family-run group of companies.

"From our very first discussions with Markus Dodt, it was clear that we were dealing with an absolute expert. His expertise from many years in the industry and his eye for future-proof solutions make him an asset to our team," emphasizes Nicolas Gallenkamp, CEO of the Nosta Group, adding: "We are therefore looking forward to shaping the future of the Contract Logistics unit together with him." Dodt's career spans more than three decades in the logistics industry: he has played a leading role in the reorganization, consolidation and new construction of modern warehouses for renowned logistics companies in Europe. Most recently, the new COO worked as General Manager for a global logistics group.

With regard to his new role at the logistics service provider, Dodt explains: "The Nosta Group has a very special family-like corporate culture, which not only has a positive effect on internal cooperation. This culture has also given rise to a customer-oriented focus with a view to developing innovative and comprehensive services." The new COO plans to push this service concept even further: "I am particularly excited about my new role to align and expand the product portfolio even more specifically to the needs of our customers," says Dodt.
