Rollex: Idler supplier Esch Group under new roof
On December 1, the Rollex Group from Werne (North Rhine-Westphalia) acquired a majority stake in Esch Group B.V. from Waalwijk, Netherlands. Esch Group B.V. is one of the leading suppliers of idlers, drums, bearings, bearing pedestals and accessories and has a Europe-wide customer base in the airport technology, mining, parcel services, agricultural technology and food and bulk goods industries. Currently, 50 employees produce components on around 8,000 square meters of production space. "The acquisition will significantly increase the Rollex Group's performance in terms of production capacity and product diversity. The acquisition will enable us to offer even more solutions from a single source and further strengthen our market position in the Benelux and neighboring countries," said an unnamed management spokesperson.
