Transitic opens new branch in Spain

Transitic, system integrator for networked intralogistics systems, is expanding by opening a subsidiary in Spain. A first order with the retail giant El Corte Inglés, the largest department store group in Europe, is already in the works.

Transitic is already well known in Spain: Several major projects have been successfully completed in the past, both in the textile sector for subcontractors of the Inditex Group and in the automotive industry with Faurecia in the Barcelona region. Spain is a strategic choice due to its strong potential in sectors with profound technological changes, such as fashion or e-commerce.

"This new collaboration with El Corte Inglés confirms our unique expertise in overhead conveyor technology and automation as well as the growth prospects in these markets," explains Frédéric Weber, Managing Director of Transitic.

Transitic S.L. has a dual mission: to provide Spanish companies with a local service and to support them in optimizing their logistics flows. "This structure will enable us to respond directly to local demand and consolidate our position as a preferred partner in southern Europe," adds Weber.
