DB Schenker is further expanding its role as a logistics provider for the semiconductor industry with the opening of a contract logistics site near Amsterdam.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate and joint venture partner Logicenters are pushing ahead with the revitalization and development of brownfield sites. In the Swabian town of Leipheim, around 30 kilometers north-east of Ulm, the two companies have acquired a 20,000 square meter site on which a logistics center with a total area of around 11,600 square meters is to be built.
