Silke Fischer leaves the management of BVL
Silke Fischer is leaving the BVL Management Board: she will step down from her position as Chairwoman of the Management Board on September 30, 2024. The contract was terminated by mutual agreement.
"I realized that I felt more at home in the private sector and that managing an association was not a good fit for my experience in the logistics industry," says Fischer.
BVL CEO Kai Althoff: "We would like to thank Silke Fischer for her great commitment and wish her all the best for the future. We will consistently continue along the path of renewal that BVL has embarked upon." The office will initially be managed by Managing Director Christoph Meyer alone.
