Prologis: Björn Thiemann is Regional Head Northern Europe
Björn Thiemann has been Senior Vice President, Regional Head Northern Europe at Prologis since January 1, 2023. Previously responsible for Prologis' activities in Germany as Country Manager, he now manages all operational and development activities in Northern Europe.
These include Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries. He will work closely with the local teams, particularly in the area of capital deployment, to drive growth. At the same time, he remains responsible for the German business.
Jessica Pilkes has been responsible for business in Belgium and the Netherlands as Vice President, Country Manager Benelux since January 1. She was most recently Vice President, Real Estate & Customer Experience Lead Europe at Prologis. Her focus was on leading the Customer Experience teams. She was also active in asset management - the ideal basis for her new role as Country Manager Benelux, in which she reports to Björn Thiemann.

Björn Thiemann has been with Prologis since July 2020. Previously, he spent seven years as Head of Fund Management Europe/Global at Union Investment Real Estate in Hamburg, where he was responsible for the management and control of the open-ended real estate funds UniImmo:Europa and UniImmo:Global with a total fund volume of around 17.5 billion euros. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Fund Management Europe at Deka Immobilien Investment in Frankfurt for five years. Björn Thiemann has a degree in business administration (FH) and also holds a degree in real estate economics.
Jessica Pilkes has worked for Prologis since 2010 - including as Property Manager Benelux and as Director, Head of Property Management Benelux.
