Oliver Czech and Christian Dieminger now Managing Directors at Humbaur
In order to "strengthen his company and make it even more powerful", the managing partner of trailer manufacturer Humbaur, Ulrich Humbaur, has appointed his long-standing managing directors Oliver Czech and Christian Dieminger as managing directors.
Humbaur GmbH is reorganizing itself: The managing partner Ulrich Humbaur has appointed his long-standing managing directors and authorized signatories Oliver Czech and Christian Dieminger as managing directors and thus equipped them with extended competencies and powers.
"The company has grown at an above-average rate in recent years. We are very pleased about this, but of course it also presents us with the challenge of adapting the organizational structure to the size we have now reached, so that we are also strongly positioned for the future," says Ulrich Humbaur, who is not only the driving entrepreneur behind the trailer manufacturer of his own name, but also brought the trailer manufacturer Kögel back on the road to success after the takeover in 2009. The name Humbaur therefore stands directly for economic success in Swabia.
"I am delighted with the trust placed in me and the opportunity to play a responsible role in shaping the future success of Humbaur," says Christian Dieminger, who as COO will focus in particular on the areas of development, technology and production.
"Humbaur is not just a manufacturer of trailers and FlexBox vehicle bodies, it is also a brand. Strengthening this brand and making it better known is one of the first challenges in my new role," says Oliver Czech, who as CSO is responsible for sales, marketing and product management. "We will also adapt the sales structure to the needs of the times and thus ensure the long-term success of the company."
