Humbaur welcomes trainees
On September 1, a total of 14 new trainees started their careers at Humbaur.
On September 1, the new junior employees were welcomed as part of a welcome program. The company presentation was followed by a tour of the premises. This allowed the young people not only to discover the entire company premises, but also to find their way around their new surroundings more quickly. A short scavenger hunt lightened the mood and helped them get to know each other. This was followed by group work on the subject of the code of conduct. To ensure that the trainees were well catered for, pizza was baked and of course eaten together.
Humbaur currently employs 34 trainees. Some are already in their third year of training and therefore in the final spurt. Very pleasing for those starting out in their careers: as a rule, anyone who wants to can then take up a permanent position at Humbaur.
