Eric Malitzke is the new CEO of DPD Germany with immediate effect. His predecessor Boris Winkelmann will assume new responsibilities at the Paris-based headquarters of the parcel and express service provider.

Eric Malitzke joined the management of DPD Germany in September and has since been prepared for the handover by his predecessor during an induction phase. Malitzke has held leading positions in the logistics sector for over 15 years. Before joining DPD he was Managing Director of Leipzig/Halle Airport, Head of the DHL hub in Leipzig and Director Operations for Amazon. Most recently, he was CEO at Fiege Switzerland for the international Fiege Group for over four years.

"I am looking forward to the upcoming tasks at DPD Germany. Boris Winkelmann has put together a great team here and has helped employees throughout Germany to identify with DPD. I would like to build on this and continue to drive our company forward," says the new CEO Eric Malitzke.
