Bag packaging from S to XXL

For the first time at the Hannover Messe, Automated Packaging Systems presented the full range of its pouch packaging from S to XXL. This refers to the possible pouch formats as well as the performance of the systems. The presentation ranges from the PS 125 table-top machine to the standard model

Autobag AB 180 to the Autobag 850S e-commerce system. The PS 125 packs up to 25 bags per minute in continuous mode. The table-top machine only requires a footprint of 56 x 48 centimetres and weighs 37 kilograms. It processes bags with a width of 50 to 265 millimetres and a length of 100 to 450 millimetres. With the compact and mobile Autobag AB 180, up to 80 bags can be packed semi-automatically or fully automatically. The Autobag 850S system developed for the mail order business processes bags with a length of up to 900 millimetres and widths of up to 550 millimetres. Product weights of up to 4.5 kilograms are possible here. All APS machine versions allow each bag to be individually printed during the packaging process using a thermal transfer printer.
