Versatile: The new EKM 202 from Jungheinrich
Jungheinrich has further developed its EKM 202 small parts order picker. Among other things, the new model has more than twice the load capacity of its predecessor. The truck is particularly suitable for picking all types of small parts without pallets.
Capacity doubled
In addition to the 100 kilogram load capacity on the top shelf, the EKM 202 now has a second storage compartment with capacity for a further 115 kilograms. Additional storage compartments on the mast provide storage space for work materials. The order picker has a 120 Ah lithium-ion battery and achieves a maximum travel speed of 8 km/h with its new AC drive. The vehicle is also available with guide rollers for use in narrow aisles or on shelving racks. The extendable mast reaches a reach height of up to 5.30 meters. In order to protect the vehicle from damage, no external plastic has been used.
More security in store operations
The EKM 202 is equipped with warning zone lights for use with public traffic. These indicate danger zones by automatically activating when the driver's cab is raised and marking an area around the vehicle. The EKM guarantees safe entry and exit thanks to an automatic door lock.
