Order-picking technology
Industry 4.0 technologies you can touch
The Technology Center for Production and Logistics Systems (PULS) at Landshut University of Applied Sciences has set up a model and learning factory in Dingolfing together with PULL Beratung.

150 innovations in a real production environment
On 1,200 square meters, visitors can experience innovations and best practices in production logistics at first hand. From incoming goods to warehouse technology, order picking and intralogistics through to assembly, a typical medium-sized manufacturing company is realistically represented in the model and learning factory. The equipment also includes the latest Industry 4.0 technologies, such as autonomous transport robots or a real-time location system for locating customer orders and operating resources in real time.
Offer of workshops
In two-day workshops in the 900 square meter sample and learning factory of the Technology Center for Production and Logistics Systems (TZ PULS) in Dingolfing, plant managers and process managers can find out about more than 150 innovations in production logistics and discuss their benefits for their own company.
In addition to learning about new technologies, the workshop also focuses on structuring your own ideas along a holistic production and logistics process. There is also the option of continuing the workshop directly at your own company in order to further specify the advantages and benefits of selected technologies together with PULL consultants.
Industry 4.0 is characterized by an oversized range of new technologies, some of which process planners are not aware of or are unclear about their possible applications. Prof. Dr. Markus Schneider, an expert in production logistics, and his PuLL Beratung GmbH now offer support with time-saving technology scouting.
