Start of construction: speculative Four Parx project in Dahlewitz
Dreieich, 23.07.2018 - Four Parx, project developer of commercial real estate, has launched a new construction project in Dahlewitz, south of Berlin. Dahlewitz, which is home to engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce, among others, is embedded in the Großbeeren/Ludwigsfelde/Königs-Wusterhausen logistics cluster.
The company is developing a commercial and logistics facility with around 15,000 square meters of warehouse space, 1,000 square meters of office space and 2,500 square meters of mezzanine space without pre-letting. The space, which is located on the A10, is due to be ready for occupation at the beginning of the second quarter of 2019. The facility will be built using sustainable construction methods (DGNB GOLD). Special building insulation in the hall will also save heating costs in winter and reduce indoor temperatures in summer. The construction project in Dahlewitz is one of a series of new speculative projects that Four Parx is implementing with Taurus Investment, an international investor specializing in commercial real estate.
