Flexlift: clean and ergonomic pallet loading
The new Flexlift pallet lifting table presented here is used by the customer at a packing workstation where cartons are stacked by hand on a Euro pallet. For this purpose, the table is equipped with stacking walls at the front and on one long side. An empty pallet is moved upwards with the lift table in order to place the first layer of cartons at an ergonomically favorable height. The packer uses stacking walls as a stop against which the cartons are pressed and thus positioned precisely. After the first layer, the lift table is moved down a little and the second layer is packed. In this way, the pallet is packed layer by layer. The result: a precisely packed pallet without any lateral protrusions. Additional features of this lift table are the attached power unit with power supply from the ceiling - so there are no tripping hazards from cables and hoses lying on the floor - and the floor pan with side shielding in the area of the scissors requested by the customer for increased work safety.
