Next-level remote maintenance for the fleet

Remote access to live data from the forklift fleet - what was previously only possible for remote maintenance of Hubtex forklifts, the company now offers its customers as a comprehensive fleet management solution: new connectivity systems provide a central overview of vehicle and fleet data and, if required, enable access control and the recording of violent damage. These functions are optionally available for all Hubtex models. In the fleet management portal, customers can view all relevant vehicle and fleet data online and draw conclusions about the use, energy efficiency and productivity of their forklift trucks and the entire fleet. Optional functions can also be integrated, such as battery level monitoring, documentation of daily access control and precise driver assignment - either by individual PIN codes or transponder access. It is also possible to record and document violent damage. Access is flexible via an app or a browser.

Hubtex is also focusing on its flagship Phoenix series. It is available in various load capacity classes up to 35 tons and is often configured for narrow aisle applications in long goods warehouses. For this area of application, Hubtex has developed the aisle entry aid - an assistance system that enables the driver to semi-automatically enter the narrow aisle with the multidirectional sideloader. Especially the entry on the opposite side of the cabin with an overhanging load into an aisle that is only 200 mm wider than the forklift truck is a frequent accident black spot. The new system reduces the risk of damage to racking, vehicles and loads and makes a significant contribution to accident prevention.
