Werit invests in EURO H1 hygiene pallets
Werit Kunststoffwerke has started production of EURO H1 hygiene pallets at its Buchholz (Westerwald) site. The new, fully automated production line is the most modern facility of its kind in the whole of Europe, writes the company.

The manufacturer intends to shorten delivery times to the main Western European markets with this multi-million euro investment. The new production line for EURO H1 hygiene pallets integrates an injection molding machine, a welding machine and a milling machine as well as quality control systems. With autonomous production cells and state-of-the-art process technology, pallets of the highest dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability are produced with minimal weight tolerances.
Werit has been a certified manufacturer of the EURO H1 hygiene pallet for over 20 years. The new central production facility in Buchholz (Westerwald) is located close to the A3 highway between the Rhineland and Rhine-Main economic areas. From there, the most important sales markets in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands can now be supplied even faster.
High load capacity and long service life
The EURO H1 plastic pallet is the leading pallet for all hygiene-sensitive applications in areas such as food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. With certification from GS1 Germany, the reusable load carrier can be exchanged throughout Europe. In addition to the GS1 marking, the pallets also have the DIN plus certificate and the GS mark for tested safety. Other product features include the high load capacity, long service life and special dimensional stability.
